Day 3 – Zencaytion
Today was another zen filled day. I started the day at Red Hot Yoga in Alpharetta – 10AM class. Alfredo was the Power II instructor. This was the second class I took of his. Power II is way may advanced than Power I, hence the name. There were about 20-25 students for a holiday Sunday. Although I could not keep up with the last half of the class due to the advanced moves I still enjoyed my class.
My afternoon was filled partially with chores and the rest relaxation and more Netflix. I had the same ole lunch, minced turkey, brussels sprouts and sweet potato. breakfast was a tall soy latte rom Starbucks. I did splurge on a Peppermint Patty.
I left for my second yoga class around 5PM. Back to Decatur for Hot Vinyasa. There was a new instructor, well new to me since I just started attending this studio Friday. Maggie, instructor, was also very instructional. She walked us through a proper vinyasa and other poses. This class I enjoyed the Warrior II with a Twist pose.
I was going to try and attend a yoga class tomorrow but my body is tired. So tomorrow I will kick the day off with a 3 mile run/walk and weights at Crunch Johns Creek.
I hope you enjoyed my Zencaytion journey this weekend. Have a wonder Memorial Day if you are from the USA.
